End User License Agreement

Belle and Brothers accounting engine · Effective August 8, 2026

1. What this software is

The Belle and Brothers accounting application ("the Software") is proprietary, internal bookkeeping software operated by Belle and Brothers of Macomb, Illinois ("the Company"). It connects the Company's bookkeeping records to the Company's own QuickBooks Online company file.

2. Who may use it

The Software's sole authorized user is the Company. It is not offered, licensed, sold, or made available to any third party. No license of any kind is granted to anyone else.

3. Data

The Software reads and writes only the Company's own QuickBooks Online data, with authorization granted by the Company's own QuickBooks administrator through Intuit's OAuth consent process. See the Privacy Policy.

4. No warranty

The Software is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, for the Company's own internal use at its own risk.

5. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
